Mike came out and helped us decide the best material to put over the concrete (engineered hardwood). He even met us at the showroom to help us decide the best product. When the time came for installation, his team came out promptly at 8 and worked until 6 everyday. They were extremely professional and skilled, and our disgusting carpet has been transformed into beautiful hardwood floors. They even built two stairs for us and stained them to match the hardwood.
